Always good to visit to see what birds are about. This site is adjacent to a public road. There are limited parking spaces. Park safely.

A beautiful place if you love nature and wildlife. The actual flash is closed to the public, but there is a small walk way to stand and watch. Don't forget your binoculars. Good variety of birds use the water. Easy to find and parking on the road is available. Lovely place to visit, which is off the beaten track.

Excellent bird watching area, however, parking is on the road and no access is allowed to the waterside other than angling club members. But if you are happy to view the waters from the roadside it's worth spending time because of the variety of species available.

Although I am not an avid birdwatcher this is a great place to see some birds we don't see often inland. Oyster catchers, cormorants and godwits to name a few. We found Hall Flash the best one with hundreds of birds viewable with a good pair of binoculars. Parking is on lay-bys.

A variety of habitats attract a diverse wealth of flora and fauna. A lot a visitors come to see the different species of Gulls that can be found but there is something for everyone in the area. I like to see the huge flocks of Lapwings when they are wheeling in the sky. Little Egret and Great White Egret have made a home here but you never know which flash you might find them on.
